Over 90% of our staff are Indonesian, on fair wages with BPJS Ketenagakerjaan and Kesehatan benefits and room to grow.
Do your profits support local communities?
Yes. A portion funds village projects, such as scholarships for children in Karangasem or Tabanan and local healthcare initiatives.
Can I buy crafts directly from local artisans?
Yes. We connect clients with artisans in Bali, Lombok and Java for batik, ikat and other crafts, on fair trade terms.
Are your hotel and airline partners checked for sustainability?
Yes. Our methodology scores partners on environmental and social responsibility, and we encourage local, ethical sourcing.
